Complaints and Grievance Procedures

As a student enrolled in the UT Dallas Teacher Development Center (TDC), you have the right to raise a concern or lodge a complaint and seek redress in areas where you believe the program did not fulfill requirements for certification or for actions you believe to be incorrect. The TDC will respond within 10 business days upon receipt of a formally written complaint.
